Documents You Will Need
Prepare a clear photo of your National ID Card (NID) or passport, a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within 3 months), and a selfie holding your NID beside your face.
How to Submit Your Documents
Log in to your 11k account, navigate to the Verification section in your profile settings, and upload clear scans or photos of each required document. Ensure all four corners of the ID are visible and the text is legible.
Processing Time
Most KYC reviews are completed within 1 to 24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). You will receive an email notification once your account is verified.
After Verification
Once approved, your account is fully unlocked — you can make unlimited withdrawals, participate in VIP promotions, and enjoy priority customer support. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and across Bangladesh benefit from the same smooth process.

Texas Hold'em at 11k
Texas Hold'em is the world's most popular poker variant, and at 11k casino it shines brightest. Each player receives two hole cards and combines them with five community cards to build the best five-card hand. The 11k login process takes seconds, and you can be seated at a live or RNG Hold'em table within minutes.
- Each player is dealt two private hole cards face down.
- Four betting rounds take place: pre-flop, flop, turn, and river.
- Five community cards are revealed progressively on the table.
- The player with the best five-card combination wins the pot.
European Roulette on 11k Mobile
European Roulette features a single-zero wheel giving players a house edge of just 2.7% — far better odds than American variants. On 11k app download, you get this classic game optimised for one-handed mobile play, with smooth ball animation and instant bet placement.
- Select your chip size and place bets on numbers, colours, or groups.
- Click Spin — the ball is launched around the wheel.
- The ball lands in a numbered pocket; matching bets win.
- Collect winnings or place new bets for the next round.
Aviator at 11k Casino
Aviator by Spribe is the crash game that took Bangladesh by storm. A plane takes off and a multiplier rises — you must cash out before the plane flies away. Available on 11k casino with provably fair RNG, so every round is independently verifiable. Players in Dhaka and Chittagong love the instant gratification of this format.
- Place your bet before the round begins.
- The plane takes off and the multiplier climbs from 1x upward.
- Press Cash Out at any moment to lock in your current multiplier.
- If you don't cash out before the crash, the bet is lost.
Dragon Tiger on 11k Live
Dragon Tiger is the fastest two-card card game in the 11k live casino lobby. One card is dealt to Dragon, one to Tiger — the higher card wins. This Cambodian-origin game is hugely popular across Bangladesh for its simplicity and rapid-fire rounds.
- Choose to bet on Dragon, Tiger, or Tie.
- The dealer places one card face-up on each side.
- The side with the higher card value wins even money.
- Tie bet pays 8:1 if both cards are equal.
Baccarat at 11k Casino
Baccarat is the most played table game at 11k casino among Bangladeshi high-rollers and casual players alike. Bet on Player, Banker, or Tie — the hand closest to 9 wins. Multiple variants are available including Speed Baccarat and Lightning Baccarat from Evolution Gaming.
- Place a bet on Player, Banker, or Tie before cards are dealt.
- Two cards are dealt to Player and two to Banker.
- A third card may be drawn according to fixed Baccarat rules.
- The hand closest to a total value of 9 wins the round.
